Jeremy sent me some "new" stuff recently, and I just got around to listening to some of it yesterday. First, there is Devendra Banhart. Here's a sample of what I've come across browsing You Tube. I recommend not watching any of his interviews unless you like listening to music written by a douche. I like what I've heard so far, though (excluding interviews).....
And, if you thought Arcade Fire had a lot of band members, check out The Polyphonic Spree. 23 band members, which is strange until you watch their videos and realize that they are a cult. Still not sure what I think about their music, but I have faith in Jeremy's musical taste.....

Also, Elisabeth was playing a Melanie Safka CD in her car yesterday and reminded me of a video Jeremy sent me a year or so ago. Here it is....good stuff
