Sadly, the first time I heard Nick Drake was during a Volkswagen commercial. I haven't had cable in a long time, but I saw it somewhere. Not knowing the artist bothered me so much that I contacted Volkswagen to find out who the singer was. I figured they wouldn't take the time to write me back, but they did. Thanks Volkswagen!
Well, I am now renting a place with cable so more commercials have been seen. AT&T has now tried to pull the "people will love any product with a Nick Drake song in the background". They're about right but, no, AT&T does not cover 97% of all Americans. Try not to be brainwashed by the music playing in the background.
Here's one of my favorite Nick Drake songs. Get all his albums if you don't already have them....you won't be disappointed.
